A series of workshops for each season.
Introductory tips on how to become an ethical forager. We will cover the local native flora, talk about locally abundant medicinal or edible foods, and devlope awareness for the beauty of our Missouri ecosystems.

Introduction to Herbalism & Holistic Wellness
Support your wellness with learning basic herbalism concepts while incorporating movement and meditation. Build your home apothecary with a myriad of herbal remedies.
This program includes 4 sessions on Sundays from 1-4 PM.

This class explores local plant identification including lectures with in person field trips to local nature trails and venues.

NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT CLASS
This class focuses on herbal support for the nervous system addressing anxiety and burn out. We will taste and test a myriad of different herbal preparations that will help promote relaxation and centeredness.
