Working with a clinical herbalist focuses on each person's unique constitutional patterns and imbalances by partnering the individual with herbal supplements and lifestyle choices that will help to bring the mind and body back into balance.

Your herbal consultation includes:

• The practitioner uses all of the included information of current health history, family history, current medications and supplements with lifestyle factors and nutrition to create a full holistic wellness plan to optimize each client's goals.
• You will receive education on herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle therapeutics for your current health situation.
• Deep dive into your intake form and review of health history
• A personalized Wellness Plan emailed to you within 5-7 business days after the appointment.

Cost: The cost of the Herbal Wellness Consultation Initial Intake includes your first follow up appointment. We recommend booking within and no later than 3 months after your initial intake consultation. The cost is $120 for two, hour long herbal medicine consultation sessions.
